How do I search for a movie?
Simply type the movie title, actor name, or genre into the search bar at the top of the page. Press Enter or click the search button to see results. You can also click on trending tags for quick access to popular genres.
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. You can sign up with your email address or use Google Sign-In for quick access. Once signed up, you can create your watchlist and save your viewing history.
How does the watchlist work?
When you're logged in, click the bookmark icon on any movie card to add it to your watchlist. You can view all your saved movies by clicking your profile and selecting "Watchlist". Your watchlist is synced across all devices.
Is JIODE free to use?
Yes! JIODE is completely free to use. We help you discover where to watch movies across streaming platforms. Some services may require subscriptions, but finding them on JIODE is always free.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you're signed in, you can also update your password in the Edit Profile section.
Where does the movie data come from?
JIODE uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to provide accurate and up-to-date movie information, including ratings, release dates, cast, and descriptions. All data is sourced from TMDB's extensive database.
What streaming platforms are supported?
JIODE shows availability across major platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Hulu, Paramount+, and more. Platform availability is shown on each movie's detail page.
